Take a break from everyday life and join us for a relaxing and creative wellbeing day.

Start with a gentle 45-minute yoga session led by Kate Kearns, followed by a short refreshment break. You’ll then be introduced to creative art journalling with Sarah Hemmings and Tanya Reid. This beginner-friendly session will help you explore creativity, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself – no experience needed.

The day finishes with a complimentary swim in the hotel pool, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day, and guests will receive 10% off lunch in the hotel restaurant. There is also a Starbucks café and hotel bar on site.
