Yoga & Pilates

A mat-based class suitable for all levels, combining yoga and Pilates movements to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Includes balance work, core conditioning, and meditation to leave you refreshed and relaxed.

Aqua Aerobics

A fun, low-impact water workout for all fitness levels. Improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility while being gentle on the joints. Energising, refreshing, and great for the whole body – perfect for staying active and feeling your best!
